We are developers of land and managers of rental properties. Our planning strategy, historically and today, is to rely on a practical assessment of the market and a conservative approach to growth. As a result, we have established ourselves as capable providers of housing, commercial developments and property management services. We intend to use our expertise in these areas as foundation stones for growth in the future.

As the pioneering leader in the development and management of Adult Lifestyle Communities, we understand the importance of achieving customer satisfaction. It is our continuing goal to develop communities which are aesthetically pleasing, and which offer affordable accommodation for the maturing population.. It is our intent to provide our residential customers with a lifestyle and various services that extend far beyond the four walls of their homes.

We view this company as being in the forefront of a field of endeavour that is destined to become significant in the near future; namely, the provision of services for the aging population. We also remain committed to pursuing opportunities which arise out of the development of land including residential and industrial construction.
